Meet the owner

Rick Silver brings decades of construction experience to every project. He earned an Associate of Science in Construction Technology from Cuesta College and a Bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University. In 2001, Rick obtained his General Building Contractor’s license and Home Improvement Certification, beginning a career focused on residential remodeling, room additions, and new construction.

For six years, Rick served as Project Manager for Corr Construction, where he oversaw project scheduling, crew efficiency, jobsite safety, and quality control. After Corr Construction, Rick founded and operated Silver Construction, managing every aspect of the business, including estimating, customer relations, budgeting, cost analysis, and safety compliance.

His commitment to craftsmanship, transparency, and professional project management continues to guide every project he leads.
